 at 8:47 PMI have been glutting myself these few days... and i seems lik i just cant get enough of it... I m not afraid of putting on a few more calories or having possession of flabby arms and double chin... (Gaining a few more kilos have always been in my wishlist...haha) But the kind of food i have been eating simply spells U.N.H.E.A.L.T.H.L.Y. Yesterday's lunch: 2 Chilli Crab and 12 "man tou". Today's lunch: 1 set of Mac fillet Meal, Fried rice and a Banana muffin. (and F.Y.I i will not miss any of these meals: breakfast, lunch, tea time snacks and dinner) and i m still asking for more... i consciously know that i m not eating because of hunger... It's just because i want to...in fact...No reason... This excessive indulgence in food may due to some emotional problems that have been unknowing weighing on me... and I m still trying to figure it out... 'm happy with my job...No family's issue...Financially stable... So... Relationship problem? erm...Probably... Possibility is there... I truly understand that into every life a little rain must fall. But every once in a while, that rain becomes a deluge, especially when personal problems become too much for one person to handle. Problems are not something you can switch off and on. A serious personal problem tends to engulf all of your time and thought no matter where you are. Moreover, personal problems do not respect time frames. No doubt you’ve heard the classic advice from a well-meaning friend: “Never let personal problems surface at work.” And no doubt you’ve been privy to some standard advice from a well-intentioned colleague: “When you go home at night, leave your work problems at work.” Well...Life still goes on...doesn't it? All i can do is to find the source where the problem arise, face it and think of a solution to solve it! With Love,
